This apartment is ideal for people who have limited mobility as it has two
entrance doors , one of which opens onto the patio and car park(graded as Level 1 for the National Accessibilty Scheme).
It is suitable for a family of 5 to 6 and has a large twin bedroom with a bunk bed. The lounge is spacious and furnished with a sofabed and sofa, dining table with chairs,
an original Victorian fireplace and paintings by local artists of Plymouths'
cosmopolitan Barbican area, the bathroom has a bath and wc and like all our apartments is non smoking. This apartment benefits from double
glazing and a communal payphone.
