BOOKING All tariffs are fully inclusive of electricity, gas and include linen and towels and prices quoted are for Saturday to Saturday bookings. A deposit of £45 per apartment per week will secure your booking and the balance is payable no later than six weeks before the beginning of your stay.

CANCELLATION Should you have to cancel your holiday please inform us by telephone immediately. In the event of cancellation the hirer will be responsible for the balance of payment, the booking is non-transferable and we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellation. Cover is very reasonable and the premium for a £300 holiday is £14.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Please arrive at Haddington House on Saturday between 3pm and 7pm where we will be available to greet you and give you the keys. Late arrivals and guests arriving outside of this period will have to make prior arrangements to collect the keys. We ask that on departure you leave by 10am so we may get the apartment ready for our next visitors.

SOFA BEDS These are ideal for providing additional accommodation for children or for those on a budget. They are not as comfortable as our posture sprung beds. Guests may wish to consider our 3 bedroom house (close to the apartments) for bookings which include 3 or more adults.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES For an additional cost of £15 per apartment per week the laundry, with washing machine, dryer and freezer is available for guests staying in Smeatons Tower, The Mayflower, Mount Pleasant and The Maritime. The laundry is cosed to guests every Saturday for staff use only.

NO DOGS Sorry, only guide dogs are permitted on the premises.

NO SMOKING All our apartments are no smoking although there is no restriction on smoking in the garden.

BABY EQUIPMENT You can reserve a travel cot, high chair and baby bath at no extra cost subject to availability. We do not supply any bedding for cots so please remember to bring this with you.

THE SMALL PRINT Please be aware that the hirer of an apartment is legally responsible for any breakages or damage. The proprietor shall not be liable to any person for any person for any personal injury, loss of, or damage to property or vehicles however caused or sustained. Haddington House Apartments reserve the right to insist on immediate withdrawal of anyone or any party not complying with the conditions, damaging the property, causing a nuisance to other guests or exceeding the number of guests per apartment as stated in the brochure or booking form. If the hirer wishes to extend beyond the period booked a verbal agreement will be acceptable and agreement to these terms on the initial booking form will remain extant. Haddington House Apartments are holiday lets and cannot be regarded as a main or permanent residence.
